Jackie Carson is the youngest of 3 kids in a regular middle class family. She was born and raised near Slippery Rock, PA, one hour north of Pittsburgh. Her dad owns an appliance repair business, & played guitar in Pittsburgh bands in the 60's. Her mom Carol passed away in March

from CTE.

Her parents both were huge Elvis Presley fans, with her family seeing him in person at least 4 times, her grandma & aunt were even at his Comeback special. Her dad has

numerous organs, guitars, and Jackie could always play both by ear. She took organ & guitar lessons for a short while hoping to go back to lessons one day.

Jackie's dad learned to fix tv's & radios in 1959 when he was 10. He has a huge record collection, Jackie & her siblings all had their own record player in their room. Jackie sang with numerous Doowop & Motown albums from his collection. Jackie loves, and was highly influenced by: Whitney Houston, Stevie Wonder, Sam Cooke, Elvis, Freda Payne, Michael & Janet Jackson, Madonna, SWV, Mya, TLC, Brandy, Monica, Selena Quintanilla Perez, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, SIA, all Motown, SZA, Tiffany.
